CHURCH FACILITIES
Edwalton church hall
Our church hall is a short walk from the Church on Vicarage Green (NG12 4AP). It is available to hire for functions of up to 200 people, with music permitted until 11.00pm.
Facilities include a kitchen with hot and cold water, crockery and cutlery, toilets, a smaller meeting/changing room, and tables and chairs. The hall is heated, and limited on-site parking is available. Main details are below but all conditions of hire can be found here.

Capacity
Maximum capacity is 200 people, with seating for up to 70.
Deposit
A signed booking form with a deposit of 25% of the full amount is required to secure your booking.
Hall restrictions
No smoking, gambling, disruptive behaviour, or alcohol sales without a licence are permitted.
Hire timings
Events must finish by 10.30pm and the hall (including car park) must be vacated by 11:00pm. A late charge of £10 per 15 minutes may be charged for any events that overrun.
Use limited to hire areas
The stage is excluded from the hire and must not be used or accessed at any time.
Kitchen facilities
If the kitchen is included in the hire, please note that it may not be used for preparing hot meals or drinks and no other equipment, electrical or otherwise, may be brought in.
Decorations
No decorations, may be hung on the walls, ceiling, lights or fittings.
Bouncy castles
While small bouncy castles (maximum height 3 metres) are permitted, but please get in touch to check sizes and usage before committing to hire.
Our services are relaxed, welcoming, and all about worshipping together.
