You are so welcome to join any of our activities.
While we enjoy gathering together for services on Sundays, there’s a lot going during the week too. There’s something for everyone and a place for you here. If you need more information, just email us.
Baby and Toddler Group
Tuesdays during term time, 10am to 11.30am
Our Baby & Toddler Group is a warm and welcoming place where little ones can play and explore, while parents and carers enjoy a chance to relax, chat and connect over refreshments.
With plenty of toys and fun activities, it’s a lovely way to meet others in the community. Everyone is welcome — we’d love to see you there!
Rood Gamers
Fortnightly on Tuesday, 2pm to 4pm
Come and join us for an afternoon of cards and board games. Enjoy good company, a bit of friendly competition, and time with fellow gamers.
A weekly donation of 50p helps cover the cost of refreshments and biscuits.
Boys' Brigade and Girls' Association (BBGA)
Wednesday – meets at the Church Hall, Vicarage Green
– Anchors (ages 5-8) 6.15pm-7.15pm
– Juniors (ages 8-11) 6.15pm-7.45pm
– Company (11–14 yrs): 7.45-9.30pm
– Seniors (15–18 yrs): 7.45-9.30pm
A fun, active youth organisation offering activities, friendship, and opportunities to build confidence and leadership skills. Young people aged 14+ can work towards the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE). Boys and girls are very welcome. Contact BBGA@edwaltonchurch.org for more information.
Coffee Morning and Warm Space
Thursday morning, 10.30am to 12pm
A relaxed, friendly morning of conversation, laughter and coffee. Everyone is welcome — you don’t need to attend the church, just drop in anytime and you’ll be warmly received.
Book Group
Fortnightly on Thursday, 7.30pm to 9pm
Join a group of fellow book-lovers to share opinions, enjoy good discussion and gain new perspectives. It’s a great way to be motivated to read new genres and enjoy a “bookish” escape from daily life!
Gardening Club
Saturday morning 10am to 12pm.
Our volunteer gardening team meets every Saturday morning throughout the year (except Christmas and New Year). Come whenever you can — there’s no need to commit every week, and no experience is required.
Our services are relaxed, welcoming, and all about worshipping together.
